Five specialties delivered by one accountable team — so your bathroom, kitchen, trim and exterior all share the same premium standard of finish.
From dated 1970s hall baths to full primary suite renovations, we rebuild bathrooms with proper waterproofing, precise tile work and finishes chosen for how you actually live.
We remodel kitchens from layout to last cabinet pull — new cabinetry, islands, countertops, backsplash, lighting and flooring, coordinated by one accountable team.
Turn a loft into a bedroom, open up a living space, replace every floor in the house or refresh stairs, doors and trim — we coordinate the whole interior so it comes together as one design.
Trim is our signature. Wainscoting, board & batten, picture-frame molding, crown, coffered and shiplap ceilings, slat accent walls and mudroom built-ins — cut, fitted and finished by hand.
Modern cedar cladding, fiber-cement siding, stone veneer, painted soffits, horizontal redwood fences, pergolas and built-in outdoor seating — exterior work that looks sharp and handles the valley heat.
Remodeling should not feel chaotic. You work directly with owner Maks Apanovich and one dedicated crew — with clear communication at every step.
We walk your space together, listen to how you use it and talk through ideas, priorities and budget.
You receive a clear written scope with materials, timeline and pricing — no vague allowances or surprises.
Our crew protects your home, keeps the site clean every day and keeps you updated as work progresses.
We review every detail with you and finish the punch list before we call the project complete.
From this project“We couldn’t be happier with how our entryway and formal living room turned out. The finished project completely transformed our home and exceeded our expectations in every way. From the clean panel work to the flawless paint finish and overall design, everything came together beautifully. Maks and Abel, Alex, and Axel did an absolutely immaculate job. Their attention to detail was second to none, and it really showed in the final product. They were punctual on timing every day, respectful of our home, and clearly take pride in their work.”
From this project“We recently hired Maks/Primespec to remodel our kitchen, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and truly skilled at their craft.”
“I was fortunate enough to find Maks from Primespec Construction to redo my 3 bathrooms. He took them from the bland look of the 1960s and 70s and made them spectacular. His workmanship and attention to detail can’t be beaten.”
