What our clients say

From this project

“We couldn’t be happier with how our entryway and formal living room turned out. The finished project completely transformed our home and exceeded our expectations in every way. From the clean panel work to the flawless paint finish and overall design, everything came together beautifully. Maks and Abel, Alex, and Axel did an absolutely immaculate job. Their attention to detail was second to none, and it really showed in the final product. They were punctual on timing every day, respectful of our home, and clearly take pride in their work.”

“Maks and Primespec are FABULOUS!! We just had Primespec install crown molding throughout our home, and we are so glad we went with this company! From start to finish, Primespec was the way to go. Maks got back to me almost immediately when I first inquired about crown molding and then spent half an hour on the phone with me discussing the job. His price was reasonable and, after coming out to our home, he gave me two quotes so I could choose to save money on the job by painting the crown molding myself if I wanted to do so. We chose to have him do the painting though, and he did a fine and thorough job of it. Most importantly, the work he did in installing the crown molding was flawless! My home looks so beautiful and is greatly enhanced now! Maks and his coworker were punctual, stuck to the schedule, worked hard, and were unobtrusive. Best of all, they are perfectionists and my crown molding shows it! All cracks and nail holes were filled, all surfaces were painted, and, as a result of their dedication, the crown molding looks exceptional! Primespec has been one of the top companies we’ve worked with. They get my highest recommendation!”

“We’ve worked with Primespec Construction on multiple projects at two different homes in Sacramento, CA, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. At our previous home, they completed a full master bathroom remodel for us. The quality of work and attention to detail were excellent, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. After purchasing our new home in Sacramento, we hired them again to convert our master closet into a playroom. They removed all the closet cabinets, opened up the space, and added a new window. They also built beautiful custom built-in cabinets in our kitchen nook, which turned out amazing. On top of that, they painted the exterior of our new home and completely refreshed the look of the house. They are professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality remodeling services in Sacramento.”

“Maks remodeled our kitchen and we are so thankful! It was a full kitchen remodel and he and his team took care of everything from the flooring, to raising the ceiling and putting in the cabinets. He kept us in the loop every step of the way! The end result is absolutely incredible and we couldn’t be happier! We couldn’t recommend him enough and look forward to working with him in the future!”

“My husband and I have been so fortunate to be able to buy our first home this year. It’s a beautiful new build but it lacks that personality, warmth, and uniqueness that comes from a more lived in home. To start our journey of making our house into a “home”, we came across Prime Spec. We decided to go with Prime Spec based on their expertise, time frame, and price. Our request was to add batten and board decorative molding to our master bedroom. When finished, our expectations were exceeded. Maks left our home very clean and he was courteous and professional from start to finish. Prime Spec is worth every penny and we are going to rehire him for a few more home projects in the future.”

“My home needed siding removal and replacement and I had 3 contract bids but I chose Primespec Construction to do the work based on their contract proposal. Primespec followed their proposal removing and then replacing new siding after City Inspection approval to complete the work. During the repair and replacement they were always very clean after each day’s work was completed and my home looks very nice. I plan to have additional siding replaced and will again hire Primespec Construction. Maks was always taking me through each day’s work and plans for the following day until all work was completed.”

“Maks (the owner) showed up with professionalism the same day I contacted him for an in-home consultation. He gave me suggestions in-line with my style and taste. He provided me with a very fair and competitive quote. He came and finished the work on time as promised. The workmanship is outstanding with attention to detail. Update: This would be the 3rd time I hired PrimeSpec to do finish carpentry accent wall. As always, great quality work.”

“We had an excellent experience with Primespec construction, with Max advising us on how to maximize our home value and appeal, and Val installing a custom tile addition in our foyer/kitchen with artistic precision and attention to detail. Val was pleasant, hard-working, and methodical, making sure not to cut any corners. The end product is exactly what we wanted. We will recommend them to anyone needing tiling or remodeling work. Thanks guys!”
